As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Colliers Indianapolis, Derek’s focus is online marketing – including websites, social media, e-marketing, and additional digital marketing approaches. His knowledge of digital marketing, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite allows him to support the Indianapolis marketing team in various ways. Derek enjoys working within a strong brand and finding new ways to improve our digital marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Colliers, Derek was a Graphic Designer at MDwise where his role blended both graphic design and online marketing. He developed new marketing efforts and took them from brainstorming, to design, and through implementation. A key accomplishment while there — by leveraging his skills in digital marketing, graphic design, and reputation management, he developed an e-mail campaign that increased the company’s Google review rating from 1.6 stars to 3.6 stars. Similar to his role here at Colliers, he worked with multiple business units on their diverse promotional and communication initiatives.
In his free time, Derek enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and coaching his daughter’s youth soccer team. Derek is also a member of the board of directors for Circle City FC where he volunteers his time to help bring youth soccer to his entire community.
