Josh specializes in office tenant representation and is a member of the Colliers Atlanta Office Experts.
For nearly a decade, Josh has provided real estate counsel to hundreds of businesses in a myriad of industries. He has in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta office market and is a trusted advisor to Atlanta’s premier office occupiers.
Josh has extensive knowledge of in-town and urban redevelopment markets having sold properties throughout the urban core of Atlanta. Josh is a LEED Accredited Professional and is highly regarded for his commitment to sustainability. He is a member of both the US Green Building council and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2012, Josh worked for Ackerman & Co. for nine years where he began his office based brokerage practice. He also worked for Atlanta-based development group Miller Gallman Developers, LLC, where he assisted in the sale of Glen Iris Lofts, a 150-unit loft project. He also oversaw the conversion and sale of Whitehall Mill Lofts from an apartment complex to condominiums, and was responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns, negotiating construction contracts and bidding, including property management.
Kay has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate in Atlanta, specializing in tenant representation. She has helped various tenants including technology, healthcare, and education users.
As a Japanese native, she has been bridging often-complex cultural, procedural and language gaps between landlords and Japanese tenants. More recently, Kay has been actively serving as a liaison between developers and Japanese investors who are looking to invest in Atlanta's real estate market.
