Steve Tovani has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years with a broad focus on tenant and landlord representation as well as an the intimate understanding of portfolio management, strategic asset repositioning, acquisition, and disposition. Working in this capacity, Steve’s real estate experience provides the unique insight to understand real estate transactions from the perspective of both landlord and tenant as well as buyer and seller. He’s worked closely with Fortune 500 companies such as Goldman Sachs, Google, Dell/EMC, and Texas Instruments as well as REIT’s, international investment funds, and boutique firms addressing such needs as space requirements, lease negotiations, space planning, and tenant improvements.
Steve has negotiated over 750 separate leases and/or sale transactions totaling in excess of $200,000,000 total transaction value. Mr. Tovani resides in Alamo, CA with his wife and two son’s. He’s been a coach for CYO basketball and both a coach and board member for the San Ramon Valley Little League. Steve is an avid snow skier, and enjoys mountaineering, mountain biking, and hiking.
