I am a Property Manager in Colliers International | South Carolina’s office in Greenville. My responsibilities include the management of an office and industrial portfolio in the upstate of S.C. Responsibilities included site visits to properties to meet tenants, vendors or contractors, observing and reporting on property conditions and completing projects as needed. I enjoy working in the commercial real estate management industry because it allows me to apply my eye for detail to ensure that even the smallest details are properly addressed.
My strengths include being a resourceful organizer, motivational leader, quick learner and composed under pressure. I have extensive experience performing on time and under budget for owners. I am very results-oriented, focusing on productivity and measurable outcomes which contribute to a client’s profitability. I enjoy building relationships with all types of people and finding solutions for clients’ visions to be fulfilled.
I have participated in many training programs through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Notable trainings included the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Senior Officials Workshop for CBRNE and Terrorism Incident Preparedness and Weapons of Mass Destruction Training Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings and Prevention Response to Suicide Bombing Incidents.
Some of my professional achievements include leading the due diligence of a 2.5 million square foot, 1-billion-dollar portfolio acquisition and preparing operating and capital budgets for 2.5 million square feet of commercial office space among others.
Having recently located to Greenville, SC, I am excited about getting to know the Greenville area and being a part of my community in the near future.
I bring over 35 years of experience in law enforcement, security, property management and operations to my role at Colliers. Twenty of those years have been in leadership positions involving real estate management, capital improvements and security. Prior to joining Colliers, I was the General Manager of the CNN Building in Washington, DC where I was responsible for the preparation and oversight of operating and capital budgets, review of leases and supporting lease negotiations, oversight of capital and tenant improvements and the construction of new and renovated space.
I graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the College of Arts and Science.
