Steve joined Colliers | Wisconsin as a member of the industrial brokerage team in 2003. Throughout his 20 years advising clients, Steve has diligently advised his clients regarding space acquisitions and dispositions, site selections, lease negotiations, real estate strategies and financial analysis.
Since joining Colliers, Steve has played an active role in the industrial group and has been a top producer, deal of the year winner and Costar “Power Broker”. Currently, Steve is responsible for marketing approximately 4,200,000 square feet of industrial and flex space throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Taking into account his experience in the industry, as well as the value he adds to the organization, Steve was named as a Partner of the Wisconsin office in 2022.
Steve’s areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of industrial buildings, landlord representation and tenant representation.
