Steve joined Colliers in 2011 and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic focus and profitability of the property management services division in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in management and operations, including expense reduction, innovative resource procurement and forward-thinking property operations and staffing. He focuses the staff to provide quality end-user services while continuously looking for value enhancement for owners. He also is responsible for developing and securing management accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
Accomplishments
Steve comes to Colliers from Grubb & Ellis where he acquired more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience, beginning as a building engineer and quickly progressing up the ranks to senior levels in property management. Most recently, he was Vice President and Director of Management Services for Grubb & Ellis in Philadelphia where he was responsible for overseeing the management of more than 7 million square feet of commercial real estate and implementing practices and procedures that maximized the value of clients’ real estate assets. While at Grubb & Ellis, Steve received the Circle of Excellence Award and Grubb & Ellis Spirit Award, New Jersey District.
