Professional Summary
Steve brings more than ten years of local retail market experience to Colliers. At his previous company he represented retail investment sales and leasing. Prior to that he served as a commercial leasing and sales agent as well as senior property manager for a local boutique company which he joined after graduating college. As a property manager he oversaw day-to-day operations of retail shopping centers across Southern Nevada as well as numerous major projects including shopping center redevelopment, rebuilds, and new construction.
Steve is experienced with all aspects of retail brokerage, from being on both sides of investment sales and leasing (including a well-balanced Landlord/Tenant Rep portfolio), as well as Special User Representation, which includes commercial property development. His clients include Nevada's largest commercial property owner, Harsch Investment Properties, owner users such as Carmax and tenants like Firehouse Subs.

Education
Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Steve held numerous positions in the public and private sectors including owning his own small business while in college. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Adminsitration graduating Summa Cum Laude with Department Honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Honors College. He has also attended graduate school at UNLV.

Steve is a member of NAIOP Southern Nevada, a graduate of NAIOP's Developing Leader Institute and enjoys helping organize local events and fundraisers such as Family to Family Connection's "Touch-A-Truck."
Steve is a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of CCIM and is a CCIM designee.

Chris has been a practicing Broker for more than twelve years. Chris' main focus continues to be his affinity for buying and selling retail centers. His team of highly regarded real estate professionals have become innovators in teh expansion of numerous larlge retail concepts. Clients turn to them not only to identify new commercial real estate investment opportunities, but also for their impeccable ability to ensure the greatest return on investment. Specializing in locales throughout the state of Nevada, Chris and his team have spearheaded the expansion of top retailers including, but not limited to, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Mattress Firm and Old Chicago.
In addition to being invited to serve as a guest speaker for NAIOP and ICSC, Chris has received multiple recognitions for his proficiency in representing clients through his exper negotiations and his eye for placing tenants in ideal locales. To date, a number of mentions have been noted in the Wall Street Journal as well as the Las Vegas Review Journal (among others). Chris' energetic and professional approach coupled with his industrious work ethic enables him to continue to generage unparalleled results for his clients.
A third generation native of Las Vegas, Brett joined Colliers International with his retail commercial real estate team, CNR Retail, in 2016. Prior to Colliers, he worked for The Equity Group, a local full service retail commercial real estate firm in Southern Nevada. He has spent almost a decade in the industry assisting his clients by providing market knowledge, expertise in negotiations, and helping them expand into multiple markets. Brett specializes in retail and F&B for the Las Vegas Strip, mixed-use properties, adaptive reuse developments, and tenant representation.

Brett's also a consultant and real estate director for The Chicken Shack, a Las Vegas chicken restaurant serving fingers, wings, and fries since opening in 2005. The Chicken Shack (25 Locations, 8 States) was just recently voted into the Top 40 Hottest Startup Fast Casual restaurants in QSR Magazine (2022).
Brett is an ICSC member, and active as a NAIOP Southern Nevada member having graduated from the Developing Leaders Institute in 2016. Brett is an Alumni of Green Valley High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor in Communication Studies.
