I specialize in acquisition and disposition of retail assets for intsitutional and private capital clients. I represent REIT's and private capital clients for tenant merchandising and project leasing. I also help National retail tenants find and negotiatiote space.
I'm an experienced retail business owner, founding four brick and mortor yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay area. This experience in site selection, leasing, building-out, and growing brick and mortar retail stores has greatily expanaded my understanding of shopping center valuation and viability, to better serve my clients.

Roxanne Stevenson is a Senior Vice President for the Retail Services Group. She has over thirty years of experience in investment and land sales; tenant and landlord representation; leasing and facilities management for retail properties in Northern Nevada. Roxanne list of clients include some of the most prominent property owners and tenants in Northern Nevada. She has also been on several development teams assisting in assembling, designing, developing and pre-leasing new retail properties.
She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Nevada, Reno and serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Women in Real Estate (CREW), the Advisory Board for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is an active member of ICSC.
Rick Casazza is a Senior Vice President in the Retail Services Group. He has over 35 years of experience in the shopping center industry, including marketing, management, leasing, development, investment, and land sales and landlord representation.
Rick specializes in tenant representation and represents some of the most prominent national tenants in Northern Nevada, as well as many local tenants. He also has represented many developers seeking new projects in the market.
Before joining Colliers in 2005, Rick was the owner and President of The Casazza Company, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and development company.
Rick was raised in the Shopping Center business and has been actively involved for more than 38 years with TORE, Ltd, the developers of Shoppers Square Shopping Center, a 58-year-old center in Reno, Nevada. Currently, he is a partner in the forty million dollar redevelopment of the Center, now named Reno Public Market. A mixed-use project combining daily needs shopping of an organic grocer, CVS Drug Store, a Food Hall anchored by Fifty Fifty Brewery and Distillery, an Art Collective and Coworking.
Amanda Lavi specializes in retail and office commercial real estate in landlord and tenant representation.
Prior to joining Colliers, Lavi was an Associate for LOGIC Commercial Real Estate for three years, where she was part of the team that opened the Reno office. Prior to LOGIC she was an Advisor at SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates. With her breadth of knowledge and experience, Amanda offers a high level of service to her clients. Amanda is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.
As a Research Analyst in Reno, I perform database maintenance and work with the Northwest Research team to produce quarterly reports for the region. I also track market activity to provide meaningful insights for our excellent group of advisors. My areas of interest include the Industrial, Office, and Retail sectors. With a background in finance, I enjoy the creative problem solving involved in research.
Outside the office my passions are film, music, and rock climbing.
