He currently represent over 3 Million Square feet of retail space, including many best-in-market projects. In addition, has successful represented both national and regional tenants on Bay Area expansion plans.
Stephen has developed long standing relationships with some of the most substantial landlords within the Bay Area and has transacted on both the Landlord and Tenant sides in most major sub-markets throughout the Bay Area
Accomplishments
- Has been instrumental in transacting with some of most well respected national and regional tenants including Apple, Nordstrom Rack, Restoration Hardware, Sephora, The Container Store, William Sonoma Brands, and Vineyard Vines
- Handled the initial lease up for the Streets of Brentwood, the 2008 retail development of the year (SF Business Times)
- Has transacted in over $200 Million in retail leasing and sales
- Currently represents over 3 Million Square Feet of Class A regional retail throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area, which includes many best in market projects.
