Stephen joined Colliers International's New Jersey office in 2016 specilaizing in Tenant and Landlord Representation throughout the state. Since joining Colliers International Stephen has completed several transactions within numerous industries. Prior to joining Colliers, Stephen worked at Harrington Construction, a community focused construction company, where he performed hands-on property demolition and pre-construction preparation. Stephen also had exposure to construction project management of re-purposed commercial buildings. Before that, Stephen worked at Blumarc, a sales and marketing outsourcing firm, where he represented clients’ business to prospective customers through direct marketing and business-to-business sales.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Providence College. He continues to stay active with the college and works as the Social Media Chair for the Providence College Alumni Club of New Jersey. He is a volunteer at the Morris County Food Bank in Morris Plains, NJ; Holly Manor Center in Mendham, NJ; the Cumberland Boys and Girls Club in Cumberland, RI; and Smith Hill Community Development Corporation in Providence, RI.

Mr. Cinque has consummated in excess of 1,000 transactions valued at over $2 billion. Mr. Cinque has over 25 years of experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. He specializes on strategic planning and developing long-term real estate solutions for numerous clients such as Atlantic Health System, PSE&G, Advanced Health Media, etc. Mr. Cinque started his career in commercial real estate with Bender & Company, Inc. in 1992 and has been with the firm since 1996 (formally known as GVA Williams).

He has also assisted clients such as Atlantic Health System; FTI Consulting Group; Alliant Insurance; Parsons Brinckerhoff; Progressive Insurance; ARUP; Duane Morris and PSEG with strategic planning and site selection.

Prior to joining Weatherly Securities Corporation, Mr. Bailey was with Oppenheimer and Company in New York.
