Brandy Faist is a Portland native with a passion for all things real estate and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. As someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, she has worn many hats in her career. Starting as a receptionist, she went on to become a mortgage processor, leasing broker, director, and real estate manager. She has done it all.
Prior to joining Colliers, she spent nearly 10 years developing a small property management firm managing single/multifamily homes and boutique commercial buildings. At one point she had just under 350 units under management. As her career developed, she found a passion for mixed use buildings and the uniqueness they each present. In 2019, she decided to redirect her energy into these buildings and has not looked back since.
Since moving into commercial management, Brandy has had the opportunity to manage some of Portland’s newest and most unique buildings. Her attention to detail and ability to jump right in has given her the opportunity to take on both new construction projects while working with the residential lease up team, as well as navigating older properties with deferred maintenance while staying within budget constraints.
Brandy still wakes up every day excited about what she does and the incredible team she works with. She credits her success to her ability to think creatively and solve problems outside the box. Colliers gives her the freedom to harness this entrepreneurial spirit and direct it toward the best solutions for our clients.
As a previous recipient of Portland Business Journals Corporate Philanthropy award, you will find Brandy splitting her free time between one of the many charities close to her heart or traveling with her husband of nearly 20 years.
