From day one with Colliers, Spencer has focused on investment sales of single-tenant retail properties and has since transitioned that skill set to combine into all areas of investment properties to provide additional value for his clients. Spencer’s degree in finance enables him to create complex financial models for his clients providing them with the highest returns on their investments. Spencer has closed over $75mm of investment transactions in his first 2 years in the business. He has personally closed deals in Utah, Georgia, Tennessee, Ohio, Texas, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Arkansas; and has been involved with transactions in 20+ states across the country.

Sage Shepard started his career with Colliers in 2020. Since then, he has focused exclusivley on investment sales. Sage has been envolved with sourcing, underwritting, and the sale of retail assets from 1-2MM STNL properties to ~50MM shopping centers. He has also participated in the transaction of multuiple Multi-Family developments within his two year tenure with Colliers. Sage helps find and maintian meanigful relationships with his clients for him and his team. Since he is investment driven, most of his clients consist of high net worth individuals who are looking to strategize and maximize returns through real estate while off setting and minimizing taxes.
Brandon recently joined Colliers in 2022 as Executive Vice President of Investment Sales. In 2021, He was recognized by CCIM as one of the Top Four Investment Agents in Utah, becoming one of the youngest recipients in the history of the award. Brandon has successfully brokered 110+ investment transactions totaling over $860 million across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. His primary focus has been on retail shopping center investments but has experience with multi-family, office, mobile home parks, and industrial. Brandon has represented some of the largest REITs and institutional investors to help buy and sell commercial investments within the intermountain west.
Nate Monson specializes in retail investment sales out of Colliers Utah County office. He got his start commercial real estate in 2020 and finished that year as the #1 first-year investment agent in the state of Utah with over $70 million in sold investments. In 2021 he more than doubled that number with $150 million in sold investments. While his primary focus is retail investments, Nate has also brokered over 150,000 square feet in leasing transactions in just two years, representing both landlords and regional tenants. Nate's primary market is Utah, but he has closed transactions throughout the western states, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Mexico, Wyoming and Texas.
Alexis Osmond is a vibrant, personable, driven and valued asset to the Colliers team in Utah County.
Specializing in land acquisitions, leasing and shopping center investments, Alexis has been affiliated with and educated by some of the top commercial brokers in Utah. Her parents paved the way as commercial real estate owners and developers for 25 years. Real estate is in Alexis’ blood, and this valuable lifetime education gave her the ability to connect with her clientele, create deals and actualize fantastic returns on commercial investments. Her experience gives Alexis a winning edge for her clients.
Alexis provides expansive insight into the assembly, development and disposition of all land types. She brings tremendous value with her understanding of 1031 exchanges and client investment potential and is driven to secure the right replacement properties in their needed timeframes.
In Utah County, Alexis is a part of Colliers #1 retail investment team with partners Brandon Goodman and Nate Monson.
