As Senior Vice President with the Office Services Group, Andrew provides strategic real estate consulting services to corporate clients headquartered in Metro Atlanta. He believes that a personal connection is paramount to the client relationship. Andrew understands that every aspect of the office, from location and size to access and connectivity, affects his clients, their employees, and their goals. Andrew works to understand his clients’ needs, both for the short-term necessities and the long-term goals, so that their real estate transactions align to accelerate their clients’ success. Andrew offers not only a personal, hands-on approach to his clients’ real estate needs, but also significant expertise of the market conditions and trends. Andrew is a Cobb County native with over 16 years of experience. He is involved with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Cobb and has a deep understanding of and personal connection to Northwest Atlanta. Andrew has successfully completed over 300 transactions in the past five years. His current clients include Resurgens Orthopaedics, Elf on the Shelf, and The Coca-Cola Company.
Lauren is an associate with Colliers Occupier Services Group, specializing in office tenant representation. She joins a team of people who have provided strategic real estate consulting services to corporate clients headquartered in Metro Atlanta for over 30 years. Building upon the strength of her intense work ethic as a former Senior Associate in the Transaction Real Estate practice at EY, Lauren takes a holistic approach to delivering real estate solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives. She draws on her team’s experience, world class research of Collier’s International, and market expertise to deliver winning outcomes for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growth state start-ups.
Lauren began her career at Colliers in 2021. She previously worked in transaction real estate as a senior associate at EY. Prior to EY, Lauren worked as a real estate analyst for Duff and Phelps.
Hi, I’m Russ Jobson, and I am a commercial real estate agent in the Atlanta office of Colliers International.
My real estate practice focuses on guiding office space users in Cobb County and North Atlanta through their decision process and achieving optimal results that advance their business objectives. I spend the time to understand each company’s business goals so I can help them define workplace requirements, identify labor markets, outline budget parameters, and pinpoint options that best reflect a company’s branding and strategy.
I joined Colliers International in 1990, and I have over 35 years experience providing real estate advisory services. My background includes assisting a variety of office space users in the Cumberland submarket as well as the Greater Atlanta real estate market.
I have completed over 4.0 million square feet of office lease transactions for Atlanta office space users including RaceTrac Petroleum, DS Services, General Electric Corporation, Novelis, The Hartford, Miller & Martin Law Firm, Smith, Gambrell & Russel Law Firm, Georgia Society for CPAs, IMG Worldwide, and Crown Castle International.
I am a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association as well as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors® (ACBR). I have received several accolades throughout my career including the ACBR: Top Five Producers Award, the ACBR: Silver Phoenix Award, and the Colliers Multi-City Assignment Award. I have served as the President of SIOR and have been a panel member for various real estate topics.
Before starting my real estate career, the United States Army awarded me a bronze star commendation medal for my service as an Infantry Squad leader during a one-year combat tour in Vietnam.
Tom Davenport joined Colliers Atlanta in 2023. Previously, he was active in Atlanta commercial real estate brokerage as affiliated with Lavista Associates, Inc. since 1986. He was elected firm President in 2007 and charged with expanding sales professional and business developmental platforms.
For over thirty-five years, Mr. Davenport has provided client specific results for national, regional and local commercial real estate clients. He has extensive tenant and purchaser representation experience utilizing strategic planning and analysis to deliver superior results for his clients. His background includes the marketing and disposition of dozens of properties for institutional and boutique investment platforms in the office and service sector.
Tom delivers market intelligence information, experienced negotiation skills and a consultive approach to each commercial real estate assignment. Importantly, he is fully engaged in the design, construction management and associated expense reimbursements each transaction. His ongoing lease administration responsibilities include operating expense and estoppel reviews, portfolio management as well as any assignment or subleasing considerations that occur.
