Sohaila Willis

Employing skills acquired through a role in corporate leadership, Sohaila Willis has achieved expertise in commercial real estate sales, acquisition, and leasing with an exclusive focus on investment hotels, car washes, and gas stations. Sohaila provides a competitive advantage through fluent bilingual language skills that deliver an expanded client base. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and more than $200 million in completed leasing and sales transactions, Willis consistently ranks among top-producing brokers at Colliers Nashville. She is now co-leading Colliers Nashville’s new hospitality team. This group will provide hospitality-focused services across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama. 

• ​Managed sales of more than 80 Mapco sites across the southeastern US with the Colliers team, specializing in gas station/c-store investment properties
• Led sales of more than 40 NCW Car Wash sites across the Southeast. NCW Car Wash is one of the largest car wash chains in the country
• Has brokered sales of undeveloped commercial land in Franklin, Mt. Juliet, and Lebanon, Tennessee, to clients including Boyle Nashville and Holiday Inn Express
• Holds CCIM designation

Prior to her role at Colliers International, Sohaila Willis served as Manager of Global Accounts and Customer Service with DHL Worldwide for seven years where she led operations and finance with a reporting structure that included departmental supervisors. She joined Colliers International, then NAI Nashville, as a broker in 2004. She attended Northern Kentucky University and Northern Virginia Community College, focusing in Business Management.
