His background includes over 20 years of commercial real estate brokerage and national debt placement with over $12+ billion in closed transactions across all asset types, with over 3,000 completed transactions. His extensive background and experience give him the advantage of expanding the debt and equity platform in DFW and on a national level. Shawn has served as an expert witness in real estate trial and has volunteered at the University level as a guest speaker in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Shawn consistently works on debt for fortune 500 companies, large family offices, professional athletes, and high net worth individuals from around the world.
Prior to joining Colliers, Shawn was an Executive Vice President under CBRE. While at CBRE he drove the firms debt and equity operations.
Before CBRE, Shawn was a founding partner at Capstone Financial, where him and his team made Capstone the exclusive lender to Loopnet, Bravitas and exclusive commercial lender to the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. He was the driving force behind Capstones proprietary software and market lending closing times.

William Givens is a Senior Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth Debt and Structured Finance division at Colliers. He specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate financing for corporate clients and real estate investors. He has an extensive background in business development, loan origination, and equity placement.
Prior to joining Colliers, William was a Vice President at CBRE’s brand Capstone Financial. Him and his team have originated, structured, and closed over $12+ billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types including single and multi-tenant retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office, hospitality, and healthcare.
Bryce is a Capital Markets Analyst in the Dallas-Fort Worth Debt and Structured Finance division at Colliers. He brings vast experience in underwriting an array of commercial asset types for specific financing solutions. Bryce is well versed in communication relationships with corporate clients, real estate investors, and lenders for the closing process.
Prior to joining Colliers, Bryce was a financial analyst at CBRE. At CBRE Bryce supported the placement of $500 million in commercial debt and equity. He and his team have originated, structured, and closed over $8 billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types.
Robert is a Vice President in the Dallas-Fort Worth Debt and Structured Finance division at Colliers. Robert is well-versed in originating financing for investors, developers, and companies alike. With a primary focus on multifamily, retail, industrial, and office properties across the U.S. He brings creative strategy and solutions to the Debt & Structured Finance team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Robert was a Vice President on the CBRE Capstone team. His team has originated, structured, and closed over $8 billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types.
His tenure in the industry includes time spent at Berkadia, where he underwrote and processed over $850 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans. He worked with support teams in the U.S. and abroad to streamline the closing process with third party vendors and reporting.
Ken is the Senior Analyst/Cheif Transaction Coordinator in the Dallas-Fort Worth Debt and Structured Finance division at Colliers. He brings a high-level skill set in managing the loan process, assisting with loan originations, and third party reports and underwriting. He has an excellent history of managing and closing a broad range of commercial asset types.
Prior to joining Colliers, Ken joined Capstone Financial in 2012, which was acquired by CBRE in 2017. During his time he managed and closed over $1 billion in real estate loans for a broad range of commercial asset types including single and multi-tenant retail, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use office, hospitality, and healthcare.
