Professional Summary
As a Property Manager for Colliers | South Carolina, I create and implement strategic plans with clients for each portfolio, executing on key objectives. I develop and manage financial budgets, reporting, operations and capital projects while building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
I’m driven to deliver exceptional results to my clients, always ensuring excellence in service. I have a passion for connecting with people and utilize my strengths in communication, collaboration and integrity to seek solutions and approach every situation with high energy and optimism.
Accomplishments
In 2021, I was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star award.
I am a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) - SC Chapter 72, where I am currently a CPM candidate obtaining my CPM designation. I am also the Programs and Education Committee Chair.
Education
I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University in Waltham, MA in 2003 and am currently pursuing my MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute.
I have been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years and bring experience in managing office, retail, flex and industrial properties in the Southeast.
Before joining Colliers, I managed a diverse property portfolio with a global real estate firm in Columbia. I’ve embraced every role I’ve held, bringing my passion for people, learning and a positive outlook to everything I do. Each experience has been an exciting opportunity for growth and learning.

I’m originally from Connecticut and am settled in Lexington, SC with my husband and three active children.
I am active in the community volunteering for multiple organizations including Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mission Lexington, Families Helping Families and Palmetto Place Children’s Shelter. I support our combat veterans through a variety of charities including the Wounded Warrior Project. I was a member of the Junior Women’s Club of Columbia from 2011 to 2015 and look forward to serving with the organization again soon.
