As the Marketing Director for Colliers’ Greater Los Angeles region, Briana leads the local marketing team in producing best-of-class deliverables that win new business and position our brokers and Colliers as thought leaders. She partners closely with broker teams and senior leadership to drive the strategy and execution behind proposals and presentations, property marketing, team branding, internal communications, advertising and public relations. Her five-person team utilizes a creative storytelling approach, implementing innovative marketing tools and the latest technologies to bring each project to life.
Briana has more than 10 years of marketing and communications experience across the CPG, finance and real estate sectors. Most notably, she spent four years at CBRE with their national Occupier Services team, where she guided the strategic pursuit of major Fortune 500 clients. She worked alongside the nation’s top graphic designers and brokers to create tailored business proposals and presentations that addressed each client’s demanding real estate challenges. She also spent two years leading the Los Angeles marketing team at Compass, a start-up residential brokerage that is reinventing the industry through its proprietary technology platform.
Briana is a writer at heart who developed a passion for the written word at a young age. This inspired her to attend the esteemed Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism at the University of Southern California, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Briana feels incredibly fortunate that her career provides an opportunity to craft engaging content about her hometown. When she’s not working, you can find Briana blogging, hiking and soaking up all that the ‘City of Angels’ has to offer.
