Professional Summary
Behavioral Health (Mental Health) and Senior Housing Residential Care Facilities
Specializes in representing real estate ownership and commercial operators (occupants) of residential care facilities and inpatient for Psych and Behavioral Health (Substance Abuse Treatment, Group Foster Agencies, Mental Health, Eating Disorders, Developmentally Disabled, and Community Re-entry Programs, etc.). In many communities throughout the country, these types of uses are not allowed in the zoning without a specialized use permit. I keep a database of these type of facilities and their operators, as well as know the experts to get through the use permit process from the beginning to end. I also thoroughly research available facilities to find out if they can be approved for specialized uses prior to engaging in transactions.
From residential care facility core, I can help find facilities for partial hospitalization and Intensive outpatient, etc. to help your company build a full continuum of care.
Industrial (Prior Emphasis)
Industrial buildings and land in South San Diego County all the way down to the US/Mexico border. Rents are surprisingly low for a metropolitan area and compete economically with Inland Empire and other larger Industrial hub areas in southern California.
