Professional Summary
Having graduated with a Masters in Real Estate Management and Development, Sebastian began his real estate career in 2010, spending two years in Edinburgh U.K. where he trained and qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the world’s leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, infrastructure and construction. In the United Kingdom his training involved rotations in the Brokerage, Property Management, Appraisal and Development departments giving him full exposure to the world of Real Estate. In 2012 he moved to New York City where he spent four years working in Landlord and Tenant representation across office, retail and industrial properties, before settling in Savannah at the beginning of 2017. Sebastian is currently an SIOR Member Associate and is expected to achieve full SIOR designation in 2021.
Accomplishments
Sebastian’s career began with exposure to a broad range of assignments and working with top brokers in New York City for four years. Since starting with Colliers International |Savannah in 2008, Sebastian has completed over 200 real estate transactions totalling over $136,000,000 in value.

Memberships & Involvements
Sebastian serves on the Live Oak Public Libraries Foundation Board, which seeks to raise funds to support Public Libraries and their reading programs in Chatham, Effingham and Liberty Counties. He is also a board member of the 13th Colony, the Historic Savannah Foundation’s Young Professional’s arm, which looks to cultivate the next generation of preservation-minded community leaders.
