Throughout his career, Sean has worked alongside nationally recognized top producers at Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield and Newmark. He has assisted the sale, lease or listing of ±3.0 million square feet of office and industrial space and ±$300 million in transactions of Manufactured Home Parks and RV Resorts.

As a Senior Vice President of Land Services of Colliers South Florida, Mike leverages his extensive experience and knowledge in land acquisitions and dispositions to the Land Advisory practice throughout Florida.
Throughout his career, Mike has been involved with more than 4 million square feet of commercial properties and over 10,000 residential units. This includes, but is not limited to, land acquisition, development, construction, leasing, management and sales transactions.
With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate business, Mike has had the pleasure of completing transactions within nearly every Florida market.
Most recently as a Vice President at CBRE, Mike Millard was a member of the Land Services Group (LSG), where he specialized in the disposition of excess land for clients, including large tracts of commercial, agricultural and transitional land within the State of Florida. Preceding his employment with the Falcone Group, as Vice President of Commercial Development, Mike was a vice president with WCI Communities for nearly five years. In this capacity, he was responsible for negotiating all aspects of land sale acquisitions and dispositions throughout Florida. During this time period he negotiated approximately $500 million in land transactions much of the land consisting of the former McArthur Foundation Land Holdings totaling 14,000 acres in North Palm Beach County. Mike has also been involved with several CDD (Community Development District) and served on the Board of the Old Palm CDD.
As Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the South Florida region, Julie directly oversees all Brokerage operations and service lines in South Florida, including offices in Miami/Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. She also focuses on new business development, talent recruitment, employee retention, regional growth, and marketing.
Julie has more than 18 years of industry experience, offering in-depth knowledge of utilizing innovative sales and marketing strategies to differentiate and win business. Before joining Colliers, Julie served as Regional Sales Director for CBRE’s Midwest Division, where she filled two valuable roles: Sales Management Leader and interim Managing Director of Corporate Client Solutions. Before her work at CBRE, Julie held executive leadership roles in the financial services industry, including as Senior Vice President and Mortgage Executive at Fifth Third Bank.
As a Senior Client Services Coordinator, Angie partners with commercial real estate brokers in the production of high quality marketing materials to market their property listings. With more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate, her skills include digital marketing and property research.
Prior to joining Colliers, Angie served as a Marketing Specialist with South Florida Neurosurgery and previously was a Marketing Coordinator with Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. She was responsible for creating and updating marketing materials, managing their social media presence, and drafting external communications.
As President of Colliers International's Southeast and Mid-Central Regions | US Brokerage, Ryan is responsible for a geography consisting of 30 offices in the Southeast and Mid-Central US. He is responsible for a team of more than 875 personnel including 475+ brokers, 15 Market Leader managers, and 350 employees including a large support team of Marketing, GIS/Research and Market Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Core Marketing personnel. The brokerage teams Ryan is responsible for comprise leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sale specialists in the areas of office, medical, retail, industrial, land, investment sales, debt/equity mortgage banking, and specialty disciplines, such as multifamily, student housing, hotels, marinas/golf, manufactured housing, tax credit housing, education, and seniors housing. He is the executive sponsor and liaison for Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council (TAC), an 80-broker team of elite office tenant rep brokers throughout the country.
Ryan is a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. He works closely with the leadership counterparts in property management and valuation on new business development and client retention initiatives
As Research and Consulting Manager in the South Florida market, I apply my experience in analytics, leadership and international business to monitor the global economy and make projections that help guide our brokers and clients in strategic decision making. My expertise in both leasing and investment sales ranges across multiple asset types including retail, industrial, office and multifamily.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked for The Washington Economics Group, Inc., where I led a team of eight economists as Manager of Client Services to prepare detailed economic impact analyses of a number of high-profile transportation and real estate projects in South Florida, including SkyRise Miami and All Aboard Florida. Other notable South Florida clients that I have worked with include Tate Capital, Odebrecht, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority and the International Speedway Corporation. Prior to moving to the United States in 2011, I graduated from law school and was a data analyst for Equity Insurance in Brentwood, UK.
I am active in the commercial real estate community through multiple organizations and committed to strengthening the participation of young leaders in the real estate sector through my current role as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leadership Group.
I also have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring students to help prepare them for careers in commercial real estate. I served as an adjunct professor for Miami Dade College School of Business teaching Principles of Management to undergraduate students pursuing their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have recently served as a guest lecturer at Florida International University’s Tibor and Hollo School of Real Estate teaching market research skills to graduate students in the Masters in Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) program.
While earning my MBA at St. Thomas University, I served as president of Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda and spoke numerously on business and women career issues. St. Thomas University awarded me with the Outstanding Graduate Award and the Women in Leadership Award in recognition of these efforts.
As a Senior Research Analyst in the Miami office of Colliers South Florida, Haley supports the research needs of the Colliers South Florida Brokerage teams. She is responsible for collecting, collating, and analyzing market data across all asset types. She uses a range of research resources to maintain and update Colliers databases creating a platform of comprehensive commercial real estate market data.
Haley is also accountable for the preparation and writing of quarterly market reports, submarket reports, and skyline reports, as well as monthly and quarterly client market activity updates for various municipalities throughout South Florida. In addition, she assists team members in ongoing and ad hoc research projects by providing market trend analysis and forecasting along with direct research support.
