Over the past 18 years, Sean has provided complex strategy and analytical analysis for national, regional and local industrial corporate real estate clients. By aligning knowledge of the industry with business strategy, Sean is able to develop strategic initiatives to maximize the value of the client’s real estate portfolio.
By way of example, Sean implemented a four city distribution center rollout for a Leading Cable Company which yielded a net occupancy savings of 16.7%; 500,000 square feet of future expansion options throughout the four cities to ensure growth and lease obligation savings in excess of $10 million through a three city award to one developer.
To date, Sean has completed over 75 million square feet of industrial real estate transactions nationwide.
