Currently managing more than 1 million square feet of office, warehouse, and retail space, Scott brings over 30 years of facility management experience to his role as a property manager. He has extensive experience in building operations, including: maintenance, security, energy management, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as budgeting and project management.
Scott studied Architectural Engineering at Nashville State. Since 2004, he has been a Certified Facility Manager through the International Facility Management Association. Before joining the Colliers team, he was a 33-year employee of LifeWay Christian Resources. At Lifeway, he served in multiple roles in the Facility Management Department.
Memberships & Involvements
Scott is an active member of the Nashville Chapter of the International Facility Management Association, currently serving as chair of the Communications Committee. He grew up in Nashville and has been actively involved in numerous community service organizations through church, schools, and neighborhood sports associations.
