Scott has an extensive commercial real estate background in a broad range of disciplines including project management, sales team leadership, development, construction management, site selection, ownership, leasing and investment sales. He recently served as Project Manager and Director of Sales for Brighton Corporation, a diversified commercial developer in the Boise Metro Area, where he specialized in local development, lease and sale negotiations, and site acquisitions in Washington and Minnesota.

Accomplishments

Scott began his professional career as an Environmental Geologist for Atlanta Testing and Engineering and realizing a lifetime goal was to learn commercial development he returned to academics in 1995 for an MBA.

Upon graduation he began his real estate career in Atlanta as a marketing and leasing representative for Bullock Terrell and Mannelly. This position provided exposure into leasing and sales for an 850 acre business park consisting of over 4.7 million SF of development. Within three years Scott added project management to his skill set when the business park was acquired by Crescent Resources, a joint venture between Duke Energy and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. During his tenure at Crescent, Scott was honored by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as the Top Young Producer of the Year, a Top Five Industrial Producer and the Outstanding Young Realtor of the Year. Scott has been an active participant in over 1.5 million SF of development valued at over $75 million.

Education

Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree from Furman University and a Masters in Business Administration from Boise State University.
