Scott Heaton, a 40-year industrial veteran, joined Colliers in 1980. Senior partner to Riley Heaton and Connor McCrae, Scott specializes in leasing, sales, development and investment properties in the Greater Los Angeles region. Scott’s skillset extends deeper than traditional brokerage services, he has extensive experience in repositioning properties which include management, construction, financing and entitlement work.

Some of Scott's notable transactions include the investment sale of the 272,000 SF Ralphs Distribution Center in Downtown Los Angeles, the investment sale of the 600,000 SF FEDCO Distribution Center in Santa Fe Springs, the redevelopment of the 26 acre Alcoa site in Vernon, the redevelopment of the 50 acre Northrop Grumman property in Pico Rivera, the redevelopment of the 22 acre Bullock’s Distribution Center in City of Industry, the sale of the Pneumatic Scale Angelus plant in Vernon, sale of the Norwalk Dairy site in Santa Fe Springs, sale of the Federal Cold Storage site in Vernon, and the high-profile sale of the Lever Bros. plant situated on 32 acres along the Santa Ana Freeway in the City of Commerce.

Riley Heaton joined Colliers International in 2018, where he specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley. Prior to joining Colliers, Riley spent four years at an appraisal and consulting firm preparing valuations for industrial real estate portfolios in the state of California. His valuation experience and in depth understanding of the local market help him establish strong client relationships. Riley, along with his team members Scott Heaton and Connor McRae, enjoys using his unique skillset to introduce his clients to all potential opportunities and ultimately, help them achieve their overall business goals.
Connor McRae specializes in leasing, sales and development of industrial and investment properties in the Greater Los Angeles region. Connor joined the Colliers International City of Commerce office in 2018, where he now acts as the Central Los Angeles market expert for one of Southern California's top industrial urban-infill redevelopment teams with a track record of selling 50 redevelopment sites totaling over 250 acres. In his first year with the firm, Connor was awarded Colliers International "Rookie of the Year" honors for the Southern California region, accumulating transactions value in excess of $85-million. As of 2022, Connor's total volume from industrial sale and lease transactions has exceeded $200-million.
Connor prides himself on being a true market expert and enacts a "boots on the ground" approach to keeping a close pulse on the latest market activity, trends, and pricing in an effort to best service his clients. As the leasing agent for 4.5-million square feet of institutionally-owned industrial business parks in the City of Commerce, Connor has a heightened level of visibility into the market that few competitors are afforded.
Prior to a career in brokerage, Connor was a traveling member on the USA Men’s Rugby National Team, playing in numerous international tournaments while concurrently earning his double degree in B.S. Business Management from Arizona State University (W.P. Carey), and B.S. Entrepreneurship from Singapore Management University (Lee Kong Chian), respectively.
