After almost two decades in commercial real estate and over 30 years living in the Greater Sacramento Area, I have developed strong knowledge of the local submarkets. Through ongoing correspondence with outside brokers, I offer current and relevant market knowledge. Throughout this experience, I have learned that being a good advisor requires much more than simply understanding the market or deal analysis. By understanding the inner-workings of your business and the bigger picture, we can position you for success.

Outside of Colliers, I spend my time with my two children and wife. In the winter, you can find us skiing and snowboarding in Tahoe. During the warmer months, we enjoy camping and mountain biking. My passion for non-profit work has lead me to become an active member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society where I have been on the Man & Woman of the Year Committee since 2003.

2020 Q3 Sacramento Office Market Report

More than seven months into the COVID-19 pandemic, most office workers are still working from home, but the lasting viability of remote working remains to be seen. The Sacramento region’s market vacancy rate increased 10 basis points quarter-over-quarter almost entirely due to more than 136,000 square feet of vacant sublease space hitting the market. The amount of available sublease space across the market increased 73 percent since the end of March to 962,393 square feet, the highest level seen since Q2 2009.
