Sandra’s expertise spans across a wide range of commercial real estate services. A major portion of her business is in the sale and leasing of retail space in the Bay Area.
This includes:
- Regional mall consulting & leasing
- Pre-development of a proposed 176,650 square foot Factory Outlet Center
- Leasing of various neighborhood shopping centers
- Stand-alone retail
- Restaurant sites
- Tenant representation
Joining Colliers in 1998, following 12 years of performance with CB Richard Ellis, Sandra was awarded the Top Producer in the Walnut Creek office and Top Retail Salesperson in the CB Commercial Northern California Region in 1988. Sandra continued to be one of the top brokers in the region, receiving the Most Accumulative Standing Recognition in 1990.
Sandra was the first woman speaker at the National CB Commercial ICSC Convention in Las Vegas, she served as a member of CB Commercial’s Retail Tenant Services and the National Retail Network specialty divisions within CB Commercial, which entailed leading the tenant rep brokers.
In 2001, Sandra was awarded as the Top Retail Broker in the Colliers Northern California Division, and was designated by Colliers as a Regional Director on the Steering Committee in 2000. She also served as Chairperson of the Colliers Culture Committee.
Accomplishments
Sandra received the prestigious ECHO Award from the East Bay Chapter of CREW, as their Most Valuable Member. In addition to the award, Sandra received a Certificate of Recognition from the State of California Senate, presented by Mark DeSaulnier, 7th Senate District, and a Certificate of Recognition from the California Legislature Assembly, presented by Joan Buchanan, Assembly Member of the 15th Assembly District.
Sandra was awarded the 2008 Women of Distinction Award by the San Francisco Business Times. She was ranked one of CoStar Group, Inc.’s East Bay’s Top Rated Power Brokers for 2007-2018 based on leasing transaction volume.
In recognition of outstanding sales achievement, she was presented the Earned “His” Stripes Award by Chevron Land and Development.
In 1998, she received the highest honor from Opus West Corporations as their Broker of the Year for her leasing expertise on the Hacienda Crossing project at the I-580/I-680 interchange in Dublin. This 500,000 square foot project was a ground up development.

Since 2008, LeAnn has worked with two highly accomplished real estate teams headed by Sandra Weck, Executive Vice President and East Bay Regional Retail Director and Rene Brochier, Senior Vice President. LeAnn supports each team in unique capacities either supporting or spearheading projects as needed.
Both teams specialize in East Bay retail leasing and sales with additional expertise in broker opinions of value, development site procurement as well as office and industrial representation.
Prior to joining Colliers, LeAnn had worked as the Senior Appraiser for Bank of America followed by Dienthal Associates in Wisconsin holding Certified Appraiser Licenses in both states. She was also an owner/operator of a picture framing shop in Wisconsin. Through these experiences, she developed a deep set of analytical skills, project management, customer relations and listening skills with a keen sense of integrity which she carries through at Colliers and life.
