He takes pride in how he conducts negotiations for his clients by understanding their position on issues and persevering to find common ground acceptable to both parties.

Prior to joining Colliers, Sam was a Field Engineer for a national construction company, where he was responsible for executing the construction of multiple $60 million dollar fitness facilities throughout the East Coast. With this experience he now has a deep understanding of different construction systems and processes allowing him to be a larger resource for his client. Sam received his bachelor’s degree from North Dakota State University and as Minnesota Native he has extensive knowledge of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
