Sam Manke is an Associate on the Colliers Minneapolis-St. Paul Brokerage team. Sam focuses on the industrial market for Colliers and is an active member of one of the largest industrial brokerage groups in the Twin Cities metro. His primary focus is the representation of users for industrial properties, including lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, development, and logistics.
Over the years, Sam has gathered expertise on numerous projects: 1031 Exchanges, corporate multi-market assignments, build-to-suits, site selection, employee studies and sale-leasebacks for industrial properties and land. He takes pride in how he conducts negotiations for his clients by understanding their position on issues and persevering to find common ground acceptable to both parties.
Prior to joining Colliers, Sam was a Field Engineer for a national construction company, where he was responsible for executing the construction of multiple $60 million dollar fitness facilities throughout the East Coast. With this experience he now has a deep understanding of different construction systems and processes allowing him to be a larger resource for his client.
