The team provides critical services within all facets of property management including tenant relations, budgets, operations, construction, leasing, accounting, operating expense reconciliations, and emergency response.
Before joining Colliers, Sally brings more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, working with Browning Investments and Mann Properties.
In her spare time, Sally enjoys working out, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.

As a Senior Property Manager within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Craig Cleveland is a member of a dedicated team overseeing the maintenance and building operations of 1,300,000 SF light industrial portfolio. The thirty-three buildings are located throughout the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
Craig is a highly seasoned property manager with over 30 years of experience and leads the team toward providing critical services within all facets of property management including: tenant relations, budgets, operations, construction, leasing, accounting, operating expense reconciliations, and emergency response.
Craig is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Craig is also involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Little Wish Foundation.
