Sage Shepard started his career with Colliers in 2020. Since then, he has focused exclusivley on investment sales. Sage has been envolved with sourcing, underwritting, and the sale of retail assets from 1-2MM STNL properties to ~50MM shopping centers. He has also participated in the transaction of multuiple Multi-Family developments within his two year tenure with Colliers. Sage helps find and maintian meanigful relationships with his clients for him and his team. Since he is investment driven, most of his clients consist of high net worth individuals who are looking to strategize and maximize returns through real estate while off setting and minimizing taxes.
