As an Executive Vice President with Colliers International, I have specialized in representing corporate occupiers throughout Southern California. With a focus on the technology and life science industries, I have delivered real estate solutions that align to my clients business strategy for global firms like Microsoft, Intel, Alcon, Coca Cola, Advance Sterilization Products, Beckman Coulter, Samsung, LG, Schneider Electric to name a few. Over the course of my career I have been involved in strategic consulting and transaction management for both public and private organizations. With over twenty-five million square feet of space leased and sold with a value of over seven billion dollars of transaction volume, I have been part of some of the largest and most complex transactions in the region.
After over thirty years in the commercial real estate industry, I can still say I truly enjoy what I do. I love the competitive nature of trying to put a deal together, but what is really rewarding is when all parties involved come to a compromise that works for everyone. Should there be a stalemate, I don’t pound my fists and scream; I introduce logic to what can become an emotional process, allowing me to excel in finding solutions for some of the more difficult and complicated transactions in the industry.
