As a Executive Vice President at Colliers International’s Minneapolis office, I’m an integral member of the most active and well-established commercial brokerage group in the Twin Cities metro. My specialty lies in landlord, buyer, and tenant representation, particularly in the disposition, purchase and leasing of owner/user buildings and land for new development. At the present time, I represent a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of commercial product and 200 acres of land throughout the Twin Cities.
As a 19-year veteran at Colliers, my extensive knowledge and experience in sale transactions are evidenced by the 105 building and land sales I’ve completed throughout my career. Early on, in 2004, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year, and since then I’ve firmly established myself as a top producer.
I take pride in my in-depth understanding of the strategies required for a successful marketing campaign, the complexities of a sale negotiation process, and the critical procedures needed to follow throughout the due diligence process for a successful closing. My clients value my work ethic, dedication, integrity and attention to detail, and I excel in finding the best possible solutions for each of my clients’ real estate needs.

- MNCAR's 2013 "Industrial Transaction of the Year Award" - Two transaction sale of 500,000 sf building on 110 acres in Shakopee
- MNCAR's 2011 "Industrial Transaction of the Year Award" - Completion of a 163,000 sf lease in the state of the art First Park Industrial Lakeville business park
