Mr. Frings primary geographical location is the greater Northern California region including the Sacramento Area, Central Valley, Bay Area, and Lake Tahoe Area. Mr. Frings is a Designated Member of the Sacramento Sierra Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He also holds a California State Certified General Appraiser License and a California Broker License.

For the past 15 years, Mr. Frings has specialized in the valuation of commercial properties including office, retail, net leased investment, industrial, and multi-family. I started at Colliers in 2011 as a Valuation Assistant and am currently licensed in California and Nevada.
Joe Esparza is a Senior Valuation Specialist in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s Roseville office in the Northern California Region. Mr. Esparza’s primary geographical area of expertise is the greater Northern California region including the Sacramento area, Central Valley, Bay Area, and Lake Tahoe area. Mr. Esparza is a certified general appraiser and is a member of the Appraisal Institute. He holds a California State Certified General Appraiser license.
Craig is a Senior Valuation Specialist in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group’s San Jose office in the Northern California Region and has been involved in real estate appraising since 2007. His professional experience in real estate appraisal encompasses a broad range of improved and vacant property types that include retail, industrial, office, multi-family, agricultural, rural residential, and mixed-use properties, both proposed construction and existing improvements. Craig also has experience in appraising commercial and industrial land. This experience also includes partial interests such as easements and partial acquisitions. He has experience preparing appraisals for individuals, government agencies, financial institutions, and litigation support purposes. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute with the MAI and AI-GRS designations and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California and the State of Nevada.

Over the past six years I have provided commercial appraisal services for a variety of commercial properties including office, retail, industrial, land, and net leased investment. My primary geographical location is the greater Northern California region including the Sacramento Area, Central Valley, Bay Area, and San Luis Obispo Area.
