Ryan joined the Cleveland office in 2012 and has experience in numerous markets throughout Ohio and the Midwest.  He specializes in a full range of real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, land acquisition and disposition, and property redevelopment.  Ryan has 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate and has personally participated in and managed over 250 sale and lease transactions with a value in excess of $100 million dollars.

Ryan began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with Regency Centers, a national owner and operator of community shopping centers, where he lead negotiations relative to lease agreements and contract renewals. In 2003, Ryan joined DDR (now SITE Centers) where he focused on the sale of development tracts, outparcel ground leases, and purchase agreements. Immediately prior to joining Colliers International, Ryan was an associate with Kowit and Passov Real Estate Group.
