Ryan Bernard is a Senior Manager, Financial Analyst and leads Occupier Services Bay Area (OSBA) distributed financial analysis team. OSBA specializes in occupier representation providing clients with a platform of integrated services on local, national, and global levels. Ryan is responsible for maintaining and developing financial analysis tools which illustrate Cash Flow and Profit & Loss Statement impacts for a variety of end-user strategies. Ryan utilizes his background in accounting and business finance to develop meaningful and insightful analysis which speak to different corporate audiences.

Ryan Bernard received a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance focus from Menlo College in Atherton, CA. He also received Associates of Arts degrees from De Anza College in Accounting as well as Business & Computer Information Systems, and a certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment from M.I.T.’s School of Architecture & Planning. Ryan is a Bay Area native and has lived in Singapore and Sydney, Australia working for CRE Tech Data & Software companies. Ryan joined Colliers International in 2017.

Ryan enjoys watching and playing Baseball, Football, Basketball and Golf. He has been involved in coaching many different teams for California Club Baseball (CCB) since 2006. Ryan also regularly advises his alma mater in the development of The Real Estate Center at Menlo College.
