As a Process Administrator, Ashley performs a wide variety of specialized and complex tasks in support of the Colliers | Wisconsin Brokerage Team. Ashley participates in transaction management and facilitates successful lease and sale transactions for both clients and brokers. Ashley provides a high level of professionalism and superior client service to every assignment. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials, assists with the compilation of research materials, and provides additional brokerage support services to ensure the success of each project in which she is involved.
Ashley previously served as the Client Services Coordinator, where she facilitated successful sale and lease transactions for the organizations retail brokerage team. Ashley was responsible for preparing listing contracts, drafting proposals, tracking and coordinating real estate signage needs and creating marketing and promotional materials for a variety of properties and projects. In this role, Ashley became familiar with the operation, procedure and cadence that comes with brokerage - all experience she draws on regularly in her current role.
Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing, research and analytics platform, providing interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.
