Roxie has many years of experience managing a mixed portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties. The most recent addition to her portfolio is facility management experience for a small college campus. As facility manager, she has actively been involved in the construction of a 97,220 SF residence hall, a new academic building and the repurposing of the prior Student Living Center to a new contemporary student studio space.
Roxie enjoys the variety and diversity associated with property management, including building renovations and tenant relations. She creates a personal investment in the properties she manages and excels in customer service and
Throughout the years Roxie has developed strong relationships with contractors and vendors in the community. She is able to recognize and match the level of experience and skill set with the property’s needs and achieve desired results within projected timeframes.
Roxie prepares operating budgets with an owner’s mentality. She has a history of implementation of business plans and annual budgets for real estate investments owned by institutional clients, as well as local partnerships.

Roxie graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1978 where she received a Bachelor’s in Social Work.
Roxie began her real estate management career in 1982 with the Paragon Group in Tampa, Florida. The Paragon Group developed and managed residential property for themselves and various other partnerships. In 1992, she joined NAI nVision (formerly Cohen Esrey Real Estate) in Kansas City, Missouri, where she joined a management team responsible for more than 4.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space.
