About

Professional Summary

Ross Peterson is a vice president with Colliers in Arizona, specializing in representing the interests of companies that lease office space. His agenda is to provide the highest level of service to his clients, while securing significant financial savings and lease flexibility on their behalf.

Comprehensive services include strategic planning, market evaluation, site selection, financial analysis, transaction management and construction management.

As a Phoenix native with more than a decade of brokerage experience, Ross has developed a thorough understanding of the metro Phoenix real estate market. He carefully guides clients in making well thought-out real estate decisions that support their long-term business goals.

Ross has extensive experience in corporate real estate, having conducted transactions on behalf of clients across the United States. He has arranged lease transactions (acquisitions, relocations, renewals, restructurings and disposition assignments) for a wide range of corporate clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Ross was a member of the Corporate Services platform with CBRE in Phoenix for nine years. His business development initiatives resulted in some of Phoenix’s most significant office leases during his tenure. While at CBRE, he specialized in tenant representation and managed business development strategy for a four-person brokerage team, before taking his practice independent within CBRE in 2015.

Ross began his real estate career as a research analyst at Grubb & Ellis BRE/Cassidy Turley in 2008, before transitioning to a brokerage role in 2009.
