Professional Summary
Ron serves as property controller and is responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day accounting and reporting operations of 16+ managed assets consisting of approximately 9.4 million square feet. He interacts with property management and is responsible for internal accounting controls, annual budgets, as well as monthly and quarterly financial reporting for management and institutional investors. He is responsible for staff development and aids in various finance and business initiatives, in addition to developing and implementing policies and procedures.
From April 2011 to April 2012, Ron and his team successfully transitioned set-up financial accounts and reported financial performance for over 6.1 million square feet of commercial real estate for national institutional clients.
Accomplishments
Ron’s work history includes three years' experience in corporate accounting with the Trammell Crow Company in Memphis. He also has over nine years' experience in real estate financial accounting with emphasis in the following areas: portfolios, local and institutional investors, property financing, acquisitions and construction.
Past clients include: Archon Group, RREEF, E-Trade, American Express and PMRA.

As accounting assistant, Janet is responsible for the day-to-day entry of accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger. She assists the property controllers in the daily financial operations i.e., rent roll accuracy, budgeting, setting up newly-acquired properties, financial analysis, as well as monthly and quarterly reporting of Colliers’ managed assets .
Janet started at Colliers as a temporary employee through a staffing agency in December, 2010. She soon proved to be a committed and valued part of the team and was hired permanently in July 2011.
