Professional Summary
I am responsible for refining the methodology of the collection and evaluation of office, retail, industrial and medical market information across South Carolina. I bring a unique perspective to my role because I personally tour all areas of South Carolina in which we research.
I am also responsible for planning and executing specialized research projects for Colliers’ corporate solutions clients as well as participating in client presentations. As a consultant, I bring many years of market experience to my clients and the company and strive to always provide unbiased information. I manage the firm’s platform for Colliers’ staff and clients, including information technology, integrated systems, databases, internal project management and quality control. I look at things from a macro level and enjoy watching our economically diverse state grow and develop over time.
Accomplishments
In 2019, I was named to the Colliers’ Center of Excellence, an internal company platform designed to facilitate conversation between subject matter experts and share best practices across markets.
In 2004, I was selected as one of “20 under 40” by The State newspaper. I am also a recipient of the 2014 Presidents Award from Colliers | South Carolina.
Education
I am a 1988 graduate of the University of Texas and received a Master of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University in 1999. I have always been interested in commercial development and am able to apply my educational background in these areas to research at Colliers.
Memberships & Involvements
I serve on the Board of Directors of The River Alliance, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help the regional community become more engaged with the Broad, Saluda and Congaree Rivers by making the rivers accessible to everyone while keeping them protected. I am a member of the Environmental Policy Advisory Committee for Central Midlands Council of Governments. I am also on the Board of Directors of the Midlands Education and Business Alliance (MEBA), having previously served as a former Chair for the organization.
In the past, I have served as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority (COMET) Board of Directors, have been a member of the City of Columbia Planning Commission and the Executive Committee of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and am a past Chair of the Partner in Education Committee.
The Boy Scouts of America is an organization that I am passionate about. As an Eagle Scout, I enjoy watching as my sons gain valuable life and leadership experience in the scouting program.

My Team
I am responsible for the collection of market data and the interpretation and reporting of key research insights for the state of South Carolina. I produce and distribute approximately 65 market reports per year for various property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hotel, construction and parking. I manage research interns who collect the data for market reports and other projects. I am responsible for coordinating with regional and national researchers to produce branded thought leadership content. I am also involved in on-demand research projects for brokers and their clients as well as research initiatives related to the expansion of Colliers’ corporate services and advisory offerings across South Carolina. I strive to be an asset by providing the highest level of market intelligence.
My experience in commercial real estate administration gives me a deeper understanding of the terminology and real estate processes, allowing me to provide the highest quality of research services to Colliers’ clients.
