Managing Director, Industrial Services
As a market leading commercial real estate advisor, Robyn is a top-performing, industrial real estate broker and Managing Director for Colliers. Involved in a multitude of different projects across Florida, Robyn commands extensive transaction experience on both the tenant and landlord sides and offers a robust suite of services including leasing, dispositions, acquisitions, land identification, and tenant representation. Robyn holds a high value on genuine, long-term client relationships and her approach is consultative and needs based, minimizing the time her Clients spend on the real estate decision making process. Her prime focus in all aspects of her consultative efforts is to be a true partner in the process as an extension of the Clients’ operation.
Initially beginning her career in an analyst role on an office-focused capital markets team at Cassidy Turley (then since DTZ, then Cushman & Wakefield), Robyn has experience in property and portfolio marketing, research analytics and financial underwriting. This diverse skillset and commercial real estate focused foundation laid the way for a transition into brokerage in 2016. Robyn’s brokerage career launched under the JLL platform on their local industrial team, and it was there Robyn partnered with her current business partner, Ryan Vaught, to start the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team. Since that partnership formed, the duo was recruited to Colliers in 2018 to bolster the platform’s industrial presence – for landlord partnership, occupier solutions, and capital markets - throughout the state of Florida. As of Q1 2021, the Vaught | Industrial Team An have completed more than 12 million square feet of transactions in the recent four years.
Now a four-member operation, the Vaught | Hurrell Industrial Team is a diverse and collaborate group that strives to deliver creative strategies for both industrial investors/landlords and occupiers. The team is uniquely positioned to help achieve clients’ short and long-term ambitions by evaluating market activity against a long history of experience, discussing economic and industry trends on both local and global scale, and ensuring a diverse perspective is present at the strategy table.

Robyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa (UT). Additionally, Robyn earned her MCR designation (Masters in Corporate Real Estate) through CoreNet Global in 2017, graduating the program as the youngest MCR professional in CoreNet Global history.

Executive Managing Director, Industrial Services
Ryan Vaught joined Colliers International in 2018. His real estate practice focuses on consulting with both industrial occupiers and property owners throughout the country.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ryan was a Senior Vice President with JLL where he led the industrial services platform in Tampa, FL. Prior to relocating to Florida, Ryan was with Brixton Capital, a private equity investment firm located in San Diego, CA. Ryan also served as an officer in the United States Army.
He is married to his wife (Laura) and has two sons (Owen and Ryder).
Senior Client Services Specialist
Debi joined Colliers Tampa Bay in November 2018 as a client services coordinator supporting the industrial team of Ryan Vaught and Robyn Hurrell. She provides unparalleled expertise in assisting the team with the creation of presentations, client deliverables, and a multitude of miscellaneous one-off marketing pieces as well as transactional support. Experienced in the spectrum of Adobe programs, Debi is able to utilize a variety of applications to create custom materials catered to each of our individual clients. With almost ten years in the commercial real estate sector, Debi combines her skill set and knowledge of the industry to continuously propel the team forward.
Prior to joining Colliers, Debi began her commercial real estate career as a brokerage administrator for Marcus & Millichap. During her six years in their Tampa office, she quickly grew to become a Lead Certified Agent Support Specialist providing marketing and training support to an office of 50+ agents with numerous product specialties including multifamily, retail and hospitality.
Debi earned her BBA degree in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She is a licensed real estate sales associate and has also earned the CPMC designation (Commercial Property Marketing Certification) from Colliers University.
Joining the Colliers International Central Florida Industrial Team in early 2019, Oliver’s primary focus has been to bolster the Team’s presence in Pinellas County while maintaining existing listings Hillsborough County. Routinely building his knowledge of the core submarkets within Pinellas, Oliver can provide up-to-date information on current availabilities, sales and lease comps, and a plethora of additional information on this unique market. Integral to the Team’s expansion in Pinellas on both the tenant representation as well as landlord leasing sides of the business, Oliver currently spearheads the leasing efforts of over 1M square feet of industrial product with a tenant count in excess of 150 users.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Oliver was a Corporate Trainer with Credico, an outsource marketing and sales organization for numerous Fortune 500 companies. While at Credico, Oliver supported various roles including business development/sales, as well as corporate training for new hires in their Dallas and Manhattan offices. He was consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 sales representatives in the nation.
