About
Professional Summary
I have developed many types of real estate and have founded several companies in the development and construction industries. I now work exclusively on self storage, which allows me to better represent my clients by having all my efforts focused on this single asset class.
My experience operating, buying, selling, and developing real estate gives me a profound understanding of what sellers are going through during the sale process.
I currently own and operate self storage, putting me in a unique position to talk firsthand about the challenges facing owners today.
Prior to joining Colliers, I recently developed a large single-story self storage facility from the ground up. I took the project from land purchase to design, through entitlements, and finally acted as the general contractor on the build.
Before that, I spent 8 years developing condominium projects, some of which sold out at record high pricing. I also operated a large construction firm working for primarily Fortune 500 companies, that I founded and sold. And prior to that, I worked as an acquisition specialist in the mobile home industry where we purchased over 20 parks during a 6-year period.

My Team
As Managing Director of Colliers’ Maine office, my responsibilities include leading day-to-day operations in the office and fostering continued growth and market share in the state of Maine.
I specialize in many sectors of commercial real estate including office, industrial, retail, and investment sales. My previous experience in residential real estate has translated well to multifamily and mixed-use investment properties.
I became a licensed real estate professional in Maine in 2007, but I grew up with a father in residential development and have really been around it my whole life. I have extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a partner at Cardente Real Estate. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus in Finance from Eckerd College. In my early years, I attended Cheverus High School, where I developed strong networking and personal ties to the Portland community. I still reside in Portland with my wife, Ali, and maintain strong relationships with both alma maters.
