While based in Chicago, my primary focus is pursuing investment opportunities in secondary midwestern markets. I bring to the team experience in urban land development as well as the facilitation of public-private partnerships within the multifamily sector.
Prior to Colliers, I worked as a development intern at Flaherty & Collins Properties in Indianapolis. While there, I assisted in identifying and executing new development opportunities as well as the implementation of new operational strategies.
Prior to the development team, I worked at the 336-unit Axis Apartments as an intern with the property management team. During my time there, I played a central role in the pre-lease and lease-up of, at the time, Indianapolis’ marquee luxury apartment property.
