Robbin Pearson

Robbin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with 30 years in the business.  Her operations experience and expertise is broad, beginning on the occupier side directing real estate and facilities for a global technology firm.  She later moved into asset services where she managed diverse property portfolios for owners as well as 3rd party CRE firms.

Several years ago Robbin's focus reverted to occupiers, with a specialization in lease administration.  Robbin currently oversees operations for Colliers' North American lease administration business.   Her strengths lie in enhancing client relationships and new business pursuits through the development of processes and work flows that support our clients' business objectives while incorporating  industry best practices.

Colliers global lease administration team supports over 100 clients and 34,000 leases.  Many of our clients have international portfolios and represent a variety of industries.
