Rob Johnson consults with his clients to determine their goals, with respect to both their core business and from a real estate perspective, to tailor a solution that respects both objectives. Rob has assisted local and multi-national organizations with requirements in Houston as well as across the nation. He creates leverage for his clients using market knowledge and experience in order to achieve the defined aims of the transaction. Rob's goal is to allow his clients to focus on their core business while he shoulders the burden of real estate matters that arise.
Rob attended The Kinkaid School for ten years and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a third generation Houstonian with a plethora of hobbies and interests ranging from classic cars to classical literature, but is generally found with his family during free time. He and his wife Erin have five children: Quint, Liv, Rhett, Lorelei, and Leila.

Rebecca joined the Colliers Houston office in 2012 and has since worked as a Client Service Coordinator, Property Manager, and Leasing Agent.
As a Senior Client Project Specialist, Rebecca is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials and campaigns, listing agreements, pitches, proposals, site tour coordination, market research, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
Rebecca’s expertise includes budgeting, marketing, finance and transaction negotiation, tenant retention, and lease administration. She consistently creates measurable value for her clients.
Rebecca spent three years at Colliers in Perth, Western Australia specializing in commercial asset management for both institutional and private owners. Institutional clients included AMP Capital, Investa Office Fund, VALAD and GE Real Estate. Rebecca’s focus was on rental collection, tenant retention, budgets, lease administration and oversight of capital improvement projects.
Rebecca earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:
- lease renewal and relocation comparisons
- mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
- lease buyouts
- sublease disposition/recovery
- build-to-suit vs. design-build
- lease vs. buy
- own vs. sale/leaseback
- landlord net effective rate

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
