Rob is a vice president on the Office Brokerage team. His areas of expertise include owner representation and tenant representation for both lease and sale transactions.
Rob has been involved with commercial real estate brokerage since 2005. Prior to his real estate career, Rob worked in advertising as an art director and designer. Rob enjoys and values creating long-term relationships in which he can serve as a trusted real estate advisor. Working closely with his clients in the key areas of market research, site selection and valuation, Rob has represented a wide variety of businesses during his career, including hospital systems, non-profits, advertising agencies and insurance companies. He understands that all his clients have unique needs and challenges that determine how they view real estate, and he seeks to work creatively and collaboratively to find the right solution and deliver the best outcome.
With experience representing both institutionally owned and locally held assets in the Twin Cities, Rob has represented properties including Wells Fargo Place at 635,000 square feet, USBank Center at 375,000 square feet and the historic Hamm Building at 200,000 square feet. He has also assisted HealthEast Care System with several clinic relocations and the Fraser organization with multiple clinic expansions of 10–20,000 square feet, and he has negotiated several sale transactions of properties ranging from 10,000–35,000 square feet.
