As a Vice President with Colliers, Rob Brass provides exceptional brokerage services throughout the entire Twin Cities metro area, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and land in the western suburbs. He represents a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial clients with a current portfolio that includes approximately 2.0 million square feet of commercial space.
To date, Rob has completed 800 transactions resulting in nearly 8,500,000 square feet and 75 acres leased or sold, totaling over $350 million in consideration. He began his career with Colliers in 2004 and throughout the last 18 years has provided clients with a highly customized view of the real estate market in order to help them make more informed decisions.
Rob’s understanding of the complexities within the lease and sale process helps him efficiently guide his clients with an advisory role from the beginning of the transaction to the very end. He is highly motivated and brings a disciplined and strong work ethic to his business. Rob takes pride in his efforts to always find the best possible outcomes for his clients based on their specific needs. These skills assure his clients he will provide them with the best options to reach their real estate goals.
Rob genuinely appreciates the real estate profession and its ever-changing landscape. Outside of brokerage he currently serves as chairman on the City of Chaska Planning Commission, enjoys oil painting, playing chess, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
