Kyle began his commercial real estate career in 2015 when he started as a market research analyst. In this role, Kyle assisted both brokers and clients through a variety of skills and capabilities, including lease analysis, market analysis, and writing reports for the life science, office, and industrial/R&D markets.
Kyle transitioned into brokerage in 2017 to focus on the life science industry, and he works with a team specializing in tenant and landlord representation. His experience in market research provides critical insight into on-market and off-market opportunities, which allows him to effectively plan for his clients short-term and long-term real estate needs.
