Rick specializes in transactions (leasing and sales), with experience in both of office and industrial properties, including for major multi-market account clients. His strengths lie in relationship building, financial acumen and transaction process. Rick’s understanding of the financial implications of transactions from both sides of the table allows him to secure the most competitive terms for his clients. His relentless tracking and understanding of the real estate market set him apart in his ability to assist clients in capitalizing on opportunities.
Rick started his real estate career in 2008 and joined Colliers International in 2011. Rick has demonstrated a consistent record of successfully completing complex real estate transactions. He approaches problem solving as an opportunity to create memorable client experiences that result in long term business relationships.
Rick has recently been honored as one of the Delaware Business Times’ 2018 40 Under 40 (“DBT40”) - a select group of the region’s best and brightest young professionals who are making a difference with their intelligence, initiative, and innovation.
