As a Senior Client Project Specialist, Rebecca is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing materials and campaigns, listing agreements, pitches, proposals, site tour coordination, market research, online database maintenance and tracking deals, client support and contract/lease administration.
Rebecca’s expertise includes budgeting, marketing, finance and transaction negotiation, tenant retention, and lease administration. She consistently creates measurable value for her clients.
Rebecca spent three years at Colliers in Perth, Western Australia specializing in commercial asset management for both institutional and private owners. Institutional clients included AMP Capital, Investa Office Fund, VALAD and GE Real Estate. Rebecca’s focus was on rental collection, tenant retention, budgets, lease administration and oversight of capital improvement projects.
Rebecca earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.

Rob Johnson consults with his clients to determine their goals, with respect to both their core business and from a real estate perspective, to tailor a solution that respects both objectives. Rob has assisted local and multi-national organizations with requirements in Houston as well as across the nation. He creates leverage for his clients using market knowledge and experience in order to achieve the defined aims of the transaction. Rob's goal is to allow his clients to focus on their core business while he shoulders the burden of real estate matters that arise.
Rob attended The Kinkaid School for ten years and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a third generation Houstonian with a plethora of hobbies and interests ranging from classic cars to classical literature, but is generally found with his family during free time. He and his wife Erin have five children: Quint, Liv, Rhett, Lorelei, and Leila.
Chadd Bolding is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with nearly 20 years of real estate experience ranging from leasing, acquisition, disposition, off-market site selection and development. He is the author of several articles on the outlook of Houston’s real estate market and has been quoted in leading publications including Globe Street and Commercial Gateway and most recognized by the Houston Business Journal for closing one of Houston’s larges transactions for 2016. One of Chadd’s defining qualities is his unrelenting persistence and passion to deliver measurable results to the shareholders.
Chadd's real estate experience spans from office and retail leasing to work with regional and national developers on projects ranging from single-tenant NNN built-to-suits to a 900 acre master planned golf course community. Before joining the real estate community, he had a 10 year career in sales; spanning from door-to-door sales in college to a sales and management role for a national manufacturer/retailer. His background in sales helps in identifying hidden opportunities and cost saving solutions while forging lasting relationships with his clients.
Outside of the office, Chadd sits on the advisory board for CCIM and partners with Living Water International, leading teams to Central America to provide a fresh water source for those in need. Chadd’s other hobbies include building hardwood furniture, competitive motorsport racing and cycling.
Taylor Wright, Vice President with Colliers, is part of the Occupier Advisory team in the Houston office. Taylor specializes in working with users of commercial real estate to assist them in making smart occupancy decisions in line with their occupancy goals. Taylor successfully pairs data analytics, and financial modeling with proprietary market knowledge to deliver customized occupancy opportunities to each client, while saving them their most valuable resource, time.
Taylor is a native Houstonian. He attended Memorial High School and graduated from Texas Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005. Taylor, his wife Paige and daughter Tallulah “Lula” live in the Memorial area of Houston.
Roy Sweeney is a Vice President at Colliers and a member of the Occupier Advisory Services team in Houston.
Roy has more than 10 years of experience advising companies in various industries within all aspects of their commercial real estate activities. He specializes in representing clients in lease and purchase transactions, with an emphasis on new leases & relocations, subleasing, lease renewals & restructuring, and property acquisitions and dispositions.
A native Houstonian, his deep understanding of Houston’s real estate market along with industry relationships and financial acumen provide his clients with a trusted real estate broker for all their commercial transaction needs.
