Professional Summary
Mr. Devlin has been involved in all aspects of retail commercial real estate for 24 years. Prior to joining Colliers, Devlin was Director for Cushman and Wakefield for four-years and before that worked for Grubb & Ellis as a broker for 17 years. Devlin assists his clients in all aspects of commercial real estate from site selection to the procurement of entitlements in addition to the leasing and selling of existing and ground-up developments.
Over the course of his career, Devlin has been involved in hundreds of leases and sales totaling over two million-square-feet while developing a list of notable clients that include Seritage, CW Capital Asset Management, Reynolds & Brown, Signature Properties, Passco Real Estate, Pacific Development Group, Armstrong Development, and McNellis Partners. He has represented major tenants including Goodwill, Winco Foods, Chase Bank, Arco, Sherwin-Williams, Regal Cinemas, and Lowes.
Mr. Devlin specializes in retail Leasing and land sales. Ray thrives when working through complex CRE challenges and his expertise is a significant value to his clients.
